MANAGING BURN OUT THROUGH SELF REFLECTION
Many teachers are facing teaching burn out. I have noticed it is happening early in careers and I feel like one of the main reasons is because they are unable to identify when a good time is to seek support. Teachers tend to take on much more than they should, because they are selfless and have high expectations of themselves.
